Job Description

As the Director of Talent Acquisition Services for the City of Seattle, I am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist work place that is focused on attracting and retaining women and people of color to work for the city. I look at ways to improve upon our hiring processes and align best practices in recruitment and selection city-wide by applying a race and social justice lens in the workplace thru training, hiring, mentoring and challenging leaders in the public sector to be flexible in the way we assess future talent.

My main objective is to support my Mentees with professional development and open up Internship and Career Opportunities after graduation. I want to make sure students have fun and are able to get as much information to help them thru their collegiate experience. 

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I am open. I can meet students on campus or wherever it is the most convenient for them.
