Students can expect enthusiasm, accountability and for this to be a learning opportunity for both of us. I take mentoring very seriously and I expect the same commitment from them. I want this to be a learning experience that is driven by their preferred interests on how they want to spend the time. Some ideas I have include: How to operate with a growth mindset, How to make yourself marketable across various industries, How do create your brand, Value of networking, and Career development planning.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
I am open to location although Seattle metro would be ideal.
