Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I have over 12 years of experience in digital advertising across display, search, video, programmatic, and native formats. My previous roles have included Operations, Sales, Account Management, Project Management, People Management, and Product Marketing. I've been in both client facing, quota baring roles, and internal executive facing roles so I can share what my experiences have been within both disciplines. Students can expect to learn about the digital advertising industry, the types of careers that exist in this industry, and common paths either myself or my peers have gone through to get to where they are today. My preferred discussion topics: Open to what the group is most interested in, some ideas include: The advertising industry (history to present day), the types of jobs in the advertising industry, sharing some of the work/projects I've done over the years and how I built those skills, translating your skills when applying to jobs, resume writing, interviewing tips/tricks, and negotation approaches.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I would prefer to hold meetings on Monday or Friday afternoons (timing TBD), based in Bellevue at the Microsoft Bravern office. There may be some times during the year where we may need to meet on a Saturday or in the evening (based in Seattle).
