Mentoring Objectives & Scope
My objective is to help students grow in their ability to succeed professionally and personally. This includes tactical discussions around building resumes and preparing interviews, but also addressing broader life questions such as setting long-term goals and maintaining work-life balance. The dialogue will be driven by student questions over the mentoring period.
