LinkUp is a structured, low-key, networking event that connects current Arts and Sciences undergraduate and graduate students with our alumni.
Not all mentoring opportunities have to be time consuming or highly structured. We believe that our students can get a wealth of information in quick bursts. Some of the most impactful conversations could be had during a 10-15 minutes session.
LinkUp is a micro-mentoring event, there will be three short rounds of connections (15 minutes each) where students get to practice speaking with people in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to have our students connect with at least three mentors during the event.
The purpose of this event is to build student confidence in professional networking and to gain industry and job insights.
