Notary Information

SuperCopy offers notary services to all students, faculty, and staff.  The general public may also book with Notary.

Hours

Notary appointments must be scheduled at least two hours in advance on our booking site. Our hours are:

  • Mon - Thur, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Fri: 8:30 AM– 11:30 AM

Before Arriving

  • Document(s) must be ready to be signed when you arrive.
  • You must present an active, government-issued ID (not a copy or photo of one).
  • You must have all of your instructions clarified beforehand as we cannot give legal advice or research/interpret requirements for your particular document.
  • If you are signing the document, it must be signed in our presence.
  • If witnesses are required, the onus is yours to be accompanied with witness. Witness needs to have government-issued ID.

Prices

$10.00 per stamp.

Questions

Most of what we offer is signature witnessing. More on what we can/cannot do:

  • We cannot certify documents translated from other languages.
  • We can certify copies as exact duplicates.
  • We cannot certify the authenticity of a document issued by another office or authority.
  • We cannot notarize transcripts. To request SU transcripts, visit Office of the Registrar.
