Over two decades of experience in organizational development and team-building teaching experiences with a focus on coaching, emotional intelligence, leadership, management, and T-group.

Education

Hartley received her MBA from Texas A&M University and trained at The Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and The National Training Laboratory in Maryland (NTL) and completed Stanford Graduate Business School's (SGB) Interpersonal Dynamics T-Group training along with the Effective Influence: The Process of Interpersonal and Intercultural Connection training, based on the SGB T-group training model.
