SUYI Family Engagement Programs 

The Center for Community Engagement hosts a range of free programs for local families including

  • English Language Learning and Computer Skills Classes (Family Talk and Tech Time) 
  • Family Literacy Events where we give away hundreds of books and reading materials (Bailey Bears Read at Home)
  • Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math related cultural outings (STEAM Ahead)

Visit Seattle U's Campus

Seattle University Park

Seattle University Park is a turf field with lighting from sunset till 11:00pm and is located on 12th and James. It is utilized for our various Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs, but is also open for informal recreation. SU Park has a jogging track surrounding it, which is open to the community. This space is maintained by University Recreation.

Campus Gardens

Maintained by University Grounds and Landscaping, our campus gardens are an urban oasis for the community. Via their website highlighting the gardens, "Take a self-guided walking tour of the garden highlights that can be found on the Seattle University campus. Using this Walking Tour Map and the  accompanying guide, you can find these horticultural gems on our beautiful grounds."
