Previously, she held senior finance roles at Expedia Group, Starbucks, and Boeing, leading global financial planning and forecasting, including an international assignment in Shanghai, China where she supported market expansion and strategy.

Michelle is graduating from Harvard University Extension Studies in May 2027 with a Masters in Sustainability, and a focus on ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and climate risk and resilience. She also earned an MBA from Seattle University (2014) and a BA in Business Administration from PLNU (2008) in San Diego.

She began her career in community relations and development at Mission Federal Credit Union and Junior Achievement in San Diego, reinforcing her passion for corporate social responsibility and financial literacy.
