Job Description
As Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at ERA Health Research, a 100% physician-owned clinical research organization, I lead business development and operations across our sites in Redmond (headquarters), Bellevue at Overlake Medical Center, and Midland–Odessa, Texas.
I manage a broad portfolio of relationships with pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organizations, and vendors, bringing new clinical trials to our sites and negotiating the agreements that support them. I also shape our growth strategy, which includes building institutional partnerships, recruiting and onboarding principal investigators, and expanding into new markets, while making sure our operations can deliver the quality and patient access our sponsors and communities depend on.
