I have worn a number of hats across the firm. In my primary role as a Relationship Manager, I am responsible for managing institutional client relations, bringing in new business, and assisting in investment product development and strategy. Outside of Relationship Management, I am also deeply involved in data integration and analytics across the firm, helping evaluate new systems, and automation of processes. In addition, I also lead our firm's AI Work Group, which is responsible for the AI integration, strategy and implementation across the firm.

My goal is for students to leave the year with more clarity about where they are headed and more evidence to show for it. In our first meeting, we will look to set your top three goals, a meeting cadence, and what success looks like.

From there, the work follows your interests. If you are curious about asset management, fixed income, or client-facing roles in finance, I can show you what those careers actually look like day to day.

If you are trying to build technical and analytical credibility, I lead my firm's AI work group and spend much of my time on data integration, automation, and evaluating new tools, so we can work on projects that give you something concrete to show employers.

I am also happy to prep you as you enter the workforce, such as reviewing resumes and LinkedIn profiles or running mock interviews. My own path was not linear. I studied marketing communications, then earned an MSBA at Albers, and I am happy to help you think through a nonlinear route of your own.

As a mentor, I can support students in the following:

Hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual) - I work downtown, so we can meet at a cafe near campus (i.e Anchorhead), or meet on campus.

I love to mentor students and provide guidance and serve as a sounding board where and when i can. I look forward to helping students navigate their professional development in any way possible. If i don't have the subject matter expertise needed for the specific question, I am always happy to connect students to my network to help them get the guidance they need.
