This discussion will examine the changing nature of leadership in light of the challenges posed by our current social and political environment. A pioneer in the fields of ethics and leadership studies, Professor Ciulla has held academic appointments at the University of Richmond, Harvard Business School, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She has held the United Nations' UNESCO Chair in Leadership Studies and has worked closely with the Aspen Institute as well as universities in the Netherlands, China and South Africa. In 2018 Professor Ciulla received the Academy of Management’s distinguished Eminent Leadership Scholar Award.
