String Performance

String Performance (BM)

The Bachelor of Music in String Performance at Seattle University is the first professional degree program of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, offering students a concentration in solo and chamber music performance. All students who play violin, viola, and violoncello are eligible to apply and audition for the degree program.

This unique Bachelor of Music degree allows students to receive conservatory-like training while obtaining a liberal arts education. Students receive individualized attention within a small cohort, with a focus on professionalism and entrepreneurship in solo and chamber music performance.
