Students are billed through Seattle University for: Tuition and $750 Education Abroad Fee. 

Housing and Global Medical Insurance are paid directly to the Global Partner. Use the program Budget Worksheet to estimate your total cost of attendance, including housing, transportation, meals, and other anticipated expenses. 

Seattle University institutional scholarships and grants, as well as federal and state financial aid, may be applied toward Global Partner programs. Some forms of external funding, including certain veterans' education benefits (such as the GI Bill) and private scholarships, may have additional eligibility requirements or may not be transferable. Seattle University charges (tuition and Education Abroad Fee) are billed through your SeattleU student account and follow the University's standard payment deadlines and payment plan options.

Expenses billed by the Global Partner, such as housing, special course fees, Global Medical Insurance, or optional excursions, are paid directly to the provider. See the Budget Worksheet for estimated costs.

Withdrawal Deadlines: Education Abroad programs have earlier withdrawal deadlines than on-campus courses. Because programs require advance commitments to partner institutions and housing providers, financial liability may begin before Seattle University tuition or program charges are due. Your program acceptance materials will outline the applicable withdrawal deadlines and any associated financial liability.
