It is the employee’s responsibility to order Orca Flex parking permits prior to parking on campus. The permits are ordered through iParq [log in with SU Credentials]. The Orca Flex parking permits are for the specified academic term. Any unused Orca Flex parking permits at the end of the academic term are forfeited. For parking more than the allotted amount of Orca Flex parking permits provided for the academic term, employee Pay by the Day permits must be ordered through iParq prior to parking on campus. For iParq tutorials, please click here. For parking questions, please contact Public Safety 24-hours a day by calling 206-296-5990.
For future Orca Flex parking permits that have already been ordered and need the date changed, the written request must be submitted in writing to Public Safety at parkingservices@seattleu.edu and include what future date the ordered permit is requested to be changed to. Orca Flex parking permits cannot be changed to dates outside of the iParq date range of the academic term for which the Orca Flex parking permits are for. Expired Orca Flex parking permits will not be reactivated and changed to a future date. Failure to order an Orca Flex parking permit that resulted in a parking citation in the past, an Orca Flex parking permit for a past date cannot be retroactively ordered to negate the citation.
