Minor in Environmental Science

The minor in environmental science is intended to provide a core set of tools and scientific knowledge for students who wish to approach the environment primarily from the perspective of a single discipline.  Please see the Course Catalog for complete details.

The minor includes:

  • Three foundational courses in a single lab-based science (15 credits)
  • One course in ecology (5 credits)
  • One course in geographic information systems (5 credits)
  • One course in earth science (4 credits)
  • Six (6) credits of approved ENSC elective courses
