The Christmas Season Calls

All Aglow in Holiday Magic

Campus community dials up the yuletide cheer at Advent Mass and Christmas Tree Lighting.

Seattle University officially flipped the switch to all things festive at the annual Christmas tree lighting and Advent Mass where merriment and good tidings were in abundance.

The rainy December evening didn’t deter the campus community from turning out in a big way. Following the Advent Mass at the Chapel of St. Ignatius the masses assembled in the center of campus for the lighting of SU’s stately Christmas tree. Cookies and cocoa, visits with Santa and real-life reindeer, arts and crafts, music and more added to the holiday feel.
