Life Insurance

Life insurance protects your beneficiary from financial hardship in the event of your death. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) provides a benefit if you die due to an accident or if you have suffered a loss of functionality. Seattle University pays 100% of the premium for Basic Life and AD&D insurance.

Flex Spending Account (FSA)

FSAs allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses each year. This means your contributions will be deducted from your paycheck before your pay is taxed. The University offers two FSAs: a health care spending account and a dependent care spending account.
