Master in Teaching

Our mission-driven Master in Teaching (MIT) program is a one-year, full-time, day-time and in-person teacher preparation program. As a student in this program, you will specialize in either the elementary endorsement or a subject-specific secondary endorsement. You will graduate with a master's degree and your Washington State Residency Teaching Certificate, ready to meet the diverse learning needs of every student.

Transformational Teaching and Learning

Our two-year hybrid Master of Education in Transformational Teaching and Learning is a blend of in-person and asynchronous online classes with monthly in-person half-day Saturday sessions. As a student in this program, you will specialize in either the elementary endorsement or a subject-specific secondary endorsement. You will graduate with a master's degree and your Washington State Residency Teaching Certificate

Transformational Teaching and Learning Certificate

Designed for working educators actively teaching in classrooms, this flexible, equity-centered program prepares you to earn your Washington State Residency Teaching Certificate in just 1.5 years. Grounded in social justice and community engagement, the program equips you to create more equitable and inclusive learning environments while advancing your teaching career.
