Kristina Silja Bennard is Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Avalara, a tech company that helps businesses of all sizes with automated, cloud-based solutions for indirect tax compliance. She has almost 25 years of legal experience, both as an in-house attorney, including at Boeing and Expedia, and in private practice in Seattle and Washington, D.C. Kristina graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and with distinction from Stanford University. Originally from Oregon, Seattle has been her home for 20 years.
