Creating access to and activating just-in-time knowledge within remote, distributed, diverse organizations has never been more important for employee development, growth, and belonging. Mentorship has always been a means to share knowledge and wisdom. However, unlike traditional mentorship programs that are based on titles, hierarchy, and status, Sarah Haggard believes that wisdom is gained from lived experiences in and outside of the workplace. She elevates the voices of every employee by using technology to break down the barriers to connection.

BarBuddy is a new social bar guide application currently available for iOS - Android. The latest version will be released this fall 2020. Seattle U students will be able to use the app to discover new bars, find events and happy hours, and see where their friends are hanging out. BarBuddy encourages community engagement and the discovery of hidden gems in the bar scene.
