Dr. Everett graduated from The College of William & Mary, where she studied Chemistry and Art. In 2015, she obtained her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Michigan. In the Wolfe Group, she developed new synthetic methods related to boron enolate rearrangements. She subsequently conducted post-doctoral research at Purdue University, investigating the binding and activity of viral proteases using X-Ray crystallography. Dr. Everett joined Seattle University in 2019, and although she is new to the Pacific Northwest, she’s enjoying the food, the outdoors, and the mild winters.
