In support of Seattle University's mission, the Office of the Dean of Students promotes a safe and healthy campus community by connecting students with resources and support services.

The Seattle University OUC acts as general counsel to the University. Its attorneys are the chief legal advisors to the University, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The OUC directs the provision of all legal services for Seattle University, consults with expert attorneys in specialized areas, and coordinates litigation.

The Payroll Office manages employee wages, calculates benefits and leave balances, deducts taxes, and more.

The Procurement Office provides a strategic, campus-wide purchasing function, ensuring the best value for the university.

Holistic Support of Future Leaders

We provide support, resources, and oversight to SU faculty, staff, and students who engage in research that includes human participants and their data. We also provide training and educational materials. We are registered with the Office for Human Research Protections and the Department of Health & Human Services, Assurance # FWA00010533 (7/31/26).
