Acute Care

Current Primary Care Nurse Practitioners with a master's or higher degree can expand their scope of practice in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner post-graduate certificate program. 

December 1, 2019 is the priority application deadline for Fall 2020 entry. After that applications will be accepted on a space available basis. 


Primary Care

Nurse Practitioners with a doctorate can increase their scope of practice by pursuing additional certifications as a post-graduate student in five areas.  

  • Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
  • Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Certified Nurse Midwifery

Applications are accepted on a space available basis. All tracks for the 2020 and 2021 application cycle are currently full.
