DNP Acute Care Students

Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner DNP

Our purpose-built Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program is designed to prepare you for advanced practice in acute care environments including inpatient, emergency and critical care units. With 90 hours of clinicals per quarter, in hands-on and realistic scenarios, you'll practice procedures and gain the confidence and critical muscle memory necessary to save lives. Two years of acute care experience is preferred but not required.

Advanced Practice Nursing Immersion DNP for Non-Nurses

Seattle University’s Advanced Practice Nursing Immersion (APNI) program offers college graduates with a non-nursing degree the opportunity to enter our Doctor of Nursing Practice program. We welcome a diverse range of students who have decided to seek out nursing as their second career or degree. Health Systems Leader Post-Master's DNP

Designed for nurses with a master's degree, our Health Systems Leader (HSL) DNP supports you in developing a sophisticated understanding of your practice and its larger context, preparing you for leadership roles in which you can effect change on a larger scale and improve efficiencies in complex health care systems and policies. Advance your understanding of research-based practice and learn to better apply your skills to larger, systematic problems. Full- and part-time enrollment options are available.
