
To apply for the Transfer/Post-Baccalaureate BSN program, applicants must submit a completed transfer application and submit all official transcripts by the December 1 deadline. Review the application checklist for detailed application requirements below.

The Prerequisite form is included in the Transfer Application. The Prerequisite Form is an important component of the application where applicants provide detailed information about the completion or planned enrollment of the 10 required prerequisite courses.

There are two application essay questions included in the Transfer application. The application question prompts are:
Applicants will need to detail their relevant health care, volunteer, work, and/or medical experience in the Activity Log portion of the application. Applicants should include any experience or certifications in this portion of the application.
Students will input the relevant experience directly into the transfer application and the application will format the information for the applicant.

Applicants must submit Official Transcripts from Each College/University Attended by the December 1 application deadline.
All transcripts must be submitted directly from the original college or university even if the courses have been transferred to another institution.

If exam scores will be used to satisfy prerequisite requirements, official exam scores must be submitted by the application deadline.
Official Exam Scores may include: AP and CLEP scores.

Applicants for whom English is not a first/native language must demonstrate English Proficiency regardless of English language studies, academic history, residence in the United States or other English-speaking countries, or immigration status.
