Campus community turns out to celebrate St. Ignatius, the founder of the Jesuits.
On a sun-drenched late July day, people of all ages converged on Seattle University’s Union Green for the third annual Feast Fest, a festive occasion to celebrate the life and works of the founder of the Society of Jesus.
In a carnival-like atmosphere there was face painting, a bouncy house, axe throwing, oversize lawn games, arts and crafts, sweet treats, a dunk tank and more. Mass at the Chapel of St. Ignatius followed the event.
