This winter, SU will host a series of pregame receptions in four West Coast Conference cities where alumni, friends and fans alike can cheer on men’s basketball.
Seattle University is hitting the road to mark the return to the West Coast Conference (WCC) and Redhawks everywhere are invited to join the celebration. This winter, SU will host a series of pregame receptions in four WCC cities, giving alumni, donors, families and fans the opportunity to connect, show their Redhawk pride and cheer on men’s basketball.
The WCC Away-Game Tour will bring Seattle University leaders and Athletics representatives to Gonzaga, Portland, Santa Clara and Loyola Marymount for casual pregame gatherings ahead of key conference matchups. Each reception will offer a chance to meet fellow alumni, reconnect with the university and rally together before tipoff.

“We’re excited to bring the energy of our inaugural WCC season directly to our alumni and friends,” says Tom Bull, assistant vice president for Alumni Engagement. “These receptions are a great opportunity to celebrate SU’s momentum, strengthen connections and support our student athletes.”
Guests will enjoy light refreshments, listen to brief remarks from university leadership and then head to the arena to cheer on the Redhawks. While attending the game after the reception is encouraged, reception guests are not required to purchase game tickets.
Event RSVPs, reception locations and ticket information will be available in the coming weeks. Get updates and register for an event near you today.
