At the MOSAIC Center, we proudly support first-generation undergraduate and graduate students as students whose parents or guardians have not received a U.S. bachelor’s degree. Some first-generation college students may have siblings who have completed a bachelor’s degree.

- "I'm First" Campaign: Initiative designed to increase visibility of our staff, faculty, and students who identify as first-generation college students or graduates.
- Tri-Alpha Honor Society: A national honor society for first-generation college students
- First Gen Guidebook: A guidebook which provides tips, tricks, and information to support students' transition to and success in college.
