Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Our New Student Mentors proudly represented Seattle University and the Albers School of Business and Economics at the 2025 Washington DECA Fall Learning Conference, held November 2–4 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. We are grateful to our students for embodying Albers’ values and demonstrating true leadership.
Washington DECA’s mission is to provide high school students with meaningful business and leadership opportunities, helping them succeed in school, careers, and life. The Fall Learning Conference is a signature educational event where students explore career pathways in marketing, finance, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and management, while honing critical skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
The Albers School has proudly partnered with Washington DECA for the past three years. Through workshops, judging events, and one-on-one mentoring, our faculty, alumni, and students help participants build confidence, sharpen their skills, and clarify their career vision.
We are especially honored to celebrate the Albers School as the recipient of Washington DECA’s 2024–2025 Diamond Award, presented at the Ignite event in October. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. We are proud to join Washington DECA in cultivating the next generation of ethical and inspiring leaders.
