Biography

Mr. Kevin Bakers’ life journey has been devoted to supporting the realization of our best selves. Mr. Baker, Principal Consultant and CEO of Baker Consulting, specializes in organizational change and leadership development through the embodiment of cultural responsiveness and Race Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (READEIB) principles. Mr. Baker also co-teaches Race-Based Trauma and Equity for Therapists at Seattle University. He conducts workshops, keynotes and speaks on panels across numerous disciplines, including Education, Mental Health, Community Policing, Homelessness, Leadership, Organizational Change, and other fields.

Mr. Baker’s areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Facilitation, Coaching, Racial Equity, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Responsiveness, Trauma, Historical Trauma, implicit Bias, Power and Privilege, White cultural norms, and other topics. Mr. Baker holds a Master’s in Education, and a Masters in Psychology, from a Depth Psychological perspective. Mr. Baker’s consulting work explores how culture is/has impacted the ability of organizations and their staff to provide the best services to all people, including students, customers, work partners, and communities, all to improve organizational culture.
