Seattle University ranked #2 of 10 Washington state universities as a “best value college,” according to SmartAsset. The company’s study looked at starting salary, tuition, living expenses, scholarships awarded and retention rate.

Seattle University ranked #2 of 10 Washington state universities as a “best value college,” according to SmartAsset. The company’s study looked at starting salary, tuition, living expenses, scholarships awarded and retention rate.

Graduates from Seattle U earned an average starting salary of $60,600, the second highest after those from the University of Washington. The university ranked #3 in terms of scholarships and grants awarded to its students.

Overall, Seattle U ranked higher as a best value college than the University of Washington Bothell campus, Gonzaga University, University of Washington Tacoma campus, Washington State University, Western Washington University, Whitman College, Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Puget Sound.
