Julián Castro, former mayor San Antonio and secretary of Housing and Urban Development, was a featured speaker at the inaugural Crosscut Festival. Held Feb. 2 and 3 on Seattle University’s campus, the festival drew roughly 1,500 people and featured some of region’s and nation’s foremost thought leaders.
