Leadership Opportunities

Student leadership in OMA is a critical component of our ability to create programs and services that meet the needs of the Seattle University community.

  • Peer Mentors with the Connections Leadership Program support the transition of new first-year and transfer students of color. CLP Peer Mentors are selected each spring to serve during the following academic year.
  • Diversity & Equity Education Program peer educators host programs and dialogues that invite students, faculty, and staff to engage critically with issues of social justice and inclusion. DEEP selection takes place each spring, and members serve during the following academic year.
  • Student members of the OMA Advisory Board provide important feedback about our functions. Members of the OMA Advisory Board are invited to serve by the OMA director.

We hope you will consider these opportunities for leadership development.
