Advisors in the College of Science and Engineering are committed to providing you with guidance and support as you develop your educational plan. They share in discussion and reflection on your experiences, monitor your academic advancement and performance, and help connect you to appropriate resources when you need them. All new students are assigned an academic advisor and must receive advisor approval each quarter in order to register. Plan to meet with your advisor each quarter to discuss your programs of study including course selection for the coming quarter and long-term course planning. Plan also for more in-depth discussion about long term goals as well as any concerns you have.
