Connolly Complex & William F. Eisiminger Fitness Center
The Connolly Complex featuring the William F. Eisiminger Fitness Center is one of the most complete athletic facilities in the Seattle Metro Area, featuring over 180,000 sq. ft. of recreational, fitness and athletic space.
It is the goal of Seattle University to develop the whole person, and the Connolly Complex and Eisiminger Fitness Center provide a healthful and pleasurable opportunity for physical, emotional, and social participation in sports and recreation.

William F. Eisiminger Fitness Center:
Mind & Body Studio
The Mind/Body Studio is located on the second floor of the Eisiminger Fitness Center and is a semi-private stretching and functional training space. The room is equipped with mats, medicine balls, stability balls, Precor Stretch Trainers and dumbbells. As this was previously a yoga studio, it also has adjustable lighting, window and mirror screens, a ceiling fan and Sirius XM satellite radio.
Group Fitness Studio
Located on the second floor of the Eisiminger Fitness Center, the Group Fitness Studio is the primary space for all Spinning, Zumba, Yoga and Group Fitness Classes. When classes are not in session, patrons are welcome to use the space for jumping rope, stretching, or other functional training.
Strength Floor
The Strength Floor is comprised of Paramount SP Selectorized equipment, Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, free weights, functional equipment, as well as Olympic Lifting bars, bumper plates and platforms.
Cardio Floor
The second floor of the Fitness Center boasts a variety of cardiovascular and strength equipment, overlooking First Hill and Championship Field. Your workout can will fly by as you watch television on any of our six flat screen monitors or on their own Personal Viewing Screens on any Precor P80 machine. Hammer Strength bodyweight strength equipment, Iron Grip dumbbells and Life Fitness Cable Towers line the Cardio Floor as well.
