- L'Arche communities are family-like homes where people with and without disabilities share life together and give witness to the reality that persons with disabilities possess inherent qualities of welcome, wonderment, spirituality, and friendship. Community nights offer unique opportunities to connect with the L'Arche community in Seattle, share a meal, meet new friends, and celebrate life together. Truth to Power Party: November 24th from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Location TBD
- This month’s Truth to Power Party will focus on the UN’s International Day for the Eradication of Violence Against Women. Join Campus Ministry and the Kolvenbach Community for a time of education, meaningful dialogue, and taking a stand against violence through letter writing and personal commitments. Join us for a prayer experience centered on ending violence against women. This will be a time for guided prayer, silent meditation, and sharing prayer intentions within the community. 5 Day Ignatian Silent Retreat: Sunday, December 14th - Friday, December 19th: Palisades Retreat House
- Ignatian Silent Retreats, based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, are an opportunity to create space for reflection ad to deepen one’s relationship with God. Ignatian Retreats allow retreatants to enter into silence while also providing structure to guide one’s reflection in the form of individual spiritual direction, community prayer, and several themed talks.
