Better Leaders. Better Organizations. Better Communities.
The MNPL program is proud that more than 86 percent of its graduates are now nonprofit or philanthropic executives in the Pacific Northwest. Others have moved into new leadership roles on boards while continuing employment in business, government or the professions. The average graduate has seen a 21 percent increase in salary within one year of graduation.
MNPL Offers:
- Opportunities to learn from peers and to develop superior professional networks
- Faculty with practical experience in nonprofit management
- Personal mentoring by a diverse group of nonprofit leaders
- Opportunities to meet with a wide variety
of the region's nonprofit and grantmaking
leaders
- Access to career support services
A Program Designed for Working Professionals:
The MNPL program is oriented toward working
professionals who currently are nonprofit executives
or who expect to be in such positions within
three years of completing the program. Students
will be selected from:
- Those already employed in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations who have at least two years in middle to upper management;
- Those with comparable experience in business,
government and the professionals who wish
to prepare for a career shift to the nonprofit
sector;
- Individuals with eight years of experience in leadership positions on nonprofit boards who now desire employment as a nonprofit executive;
- Professionals selling services to the nonprofit sector.
