To help you succeed academically, the Albers School offers the following advising resources:
Academic Advisors
Albers students are assigned a professional Albers Academic Advisor based on major. Students' advisors are listed on their Program Evaluation on SUOnline. Freshmen students are required to meet with with an Albers Academic Advisor after completeing 30 credits. Transfer students are required to meet with an Albers Academic Advisor during their first two quarters of attendance.

New Student Mentors
Albers FRESHMEN are assigned to a New Student Mentor - junior and senior Albers students who advise through the first year. Until students reach 30 credits, they are required to meet with a New Student Mentor prior to registering each quarter. Freshmen are required to meet with an Albers Academic Advisor after completing 30 credits.
Faculty Mentors
Albers SOPHOMORE, JUNIOR and SENIOR students are assigned a Faculty Mentor for selection of major electives, career issues, and post-graduation education. The Winter Quarter Profs & Pizza Event serves as a time to meet Faculty Mentors, but students are also encouraged to contact their Faculty Mentor for individual meetings. Students continue to meet with an Albers Academic Advisor.
