Footer Contact Information

  • When to use it

    Use this form to add departmental contact information onto the right side of the standard footer.

    Best Practices for Use

    • Do not use any abbreviations for streets or buildings.
    • Do not include PO Boxes. 
    • Use room numbers only if absolutely necessary.
    • Use a general department email address if available. Personal email addresses are not recommended.
    • Use a specific phone number for the department, not the general University phone number.
