Do you still need access? And other news

Happy June, content editors!

Before the academic year ends, we have a few things to share with you all.

Who still needs access to TerminalFour?

Now is a great time to review the list of users who have permission to edit your websites. Perhaps you are, or have, a student employee who will be leaving at the end of the school year and will no longer need access to the CMS?

  • If you no longer need access to the CMS, please let us know and we can remove you from the system (and then you will stop receiving emails sent to the content editors listserv).

CMS Upgrade

Last month, TerminalFour upgraded us to version 8.1.9.6 which included some bug fixes and improvements to the system. You may especially have noticed an improvement in the speed of the system, and in the functionality of the forms.

Summer training sessions

Over the summer, we will continue to offer basic training sessions for new users, or folks just looking to refresh their T4 skills. Sessions will be held about every three weeks: June 23, July 12, Aug 1, and Aug 23. If you, or a new content editor in your area, wish to attend a training session, please sign up on website.

As always, if you have any questions about our TerminalFour CMS or your Seattle U websites, please let us know. And thank you for keeping our Seattle U websites up to date and looking great!
