- Seattle University Online Transfer Application. Students who have previously applied to Seattle University on January 1, 2016 or later are not required to fill out another application. Please fill out the Update Form to update your application and email an updated Personal Statement to Transfer Admission's Office. (Nursing and Diagnostic Ultrasound applicants re-applying for Fall 2019 consideration must complete a new application)
- A $55 application fee. The fee is not required of students who will have completed an associate's degree at a Washington, Arizona, California or Oregon state community college by the time of enrollment and who are transferring directly to Seattle University. Additionally, students who have a sibling, parent, or grandparent who graduated from Seattle University are eligible for a fee waiver. Students who graduated from a Jesuit high school are also eligible for a fee waiver.

Official SAT or ACT test scores and official high school transcripts (or GED scores) are required for applicants who have completed fewer than 45 quarter credit hours (or 30 semester hours) of transferable college credit.
Proof of English proficiency. Applicants for whom English is not the first/native language must demonstrate English Proficiency regardless of English language studies, academic history, residence in the United States or other English-speaking countries or immigration status.
