Why I became an ISL: I became an International Student Leader because I have went through social and academic difficulties when I first came to SU. So I wish to use my patience and enthusiasm to assist the future students who want to come to SU. Although I am an exchange student, I had a wonderful experience in SU and I will still keep contact with SU and help international students through ISL.
Why I chose Seattle University: I chose SU as my exchange school because Seattle is a vibrant city with every natural elements I love: the sea, the forest and the cozy weather and SU locates right at the heart of Seattle. After I came here, I found SU is a wonderful community which helps to shape the whole person both academically and professionally. I really don’t regard being an exchange student at SU. The brief yet unforgettable experience will embed in my mind and what I have learned in SU will affect me positively forever.

Why I became an ISL: I've always been passionate about making a difference in human development - the impact from leaders to individuals. Studying at SU allows me to practice my leadership skills, not only as a business student but also as a caring character looking after others. I am honored to be a part of the ISL team and to shed some light on prospective international students who need lots of resources and assistance from outside. I'm driven to give back to the SU community and contribute the best of myself.
Why I chose Seattle University: As simple as it sounds, I didn't give any thought on planning my university prior to coming to Seattle. My decision making process was frankly: A city in the U.S.? Seattle! Then I was drawn to SU by its religious cultural environment and history since the 1890's. I wanted a campus full of accessible resources and friendly faculty which can assist me anytime with anything I need. SU was the perfect fit!
