Before starting, you will need:
- SU ID number
- SU Email Address
- Vehicle Information (license plate, make, model, color, and year)
Step 1: Click on the following link and visit: seattleu.thepermitstore.com and sign in using Seattle University's Single Sign On (SSO) process. This allows you to sign in using the same email and password as you would signing in to your SU account.
Step 2: Select "<Click Here>".
Step 3: Enter your SU ID number in the first row and enter your SU email address in the second row. Then select "search".
Step 4: Browse your parking options and decide which permit fits your needs. Once you have decided, select the "Add Item" button at the bottom left-hand corner of the permit.
Note: You will be re-directed to your shopping cart where you will begin the process of checking out with your product.
Step 5: Select "Continue", located at the bottom-right corner.
Note: Do not worry about the "No vehicle association yet" message, because you will associate your vehicle(s) to the permit in the next step.
Step 6: Associate your vehicle(s) to the permit. Click on the drop-down menu where it says "[SELECT]" and choose which vehicle you want to associate to the permit. After associating your vehicle(s) with the permit, select "continue" at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Note: If you have not yet registered your vehicle, you can do so by clicking the drop-down menu where it says "[SELECT]", and then choose "[Add New Vehicle]".
Step 7: Pay for the permit using a debit/credit card. Select your payment method and fill in all of the required information. Afterwards, select "Continue" at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Note: Given our transition to a virtual parking permit system, no physical permit will be shipped to you and you do not need to come pick one up from our office.
Step 8: Review your order and agree to the terms and conditions. Once you have verified that all of the information regarding your order is correct, scroll down to the bottom-right corner of the page and select "I Agree".
Step 9: Order Confirmation. Once you see the message "Thank you for your order" with an order number, this indicates that you have successfully ordered your parking permit.
