SU's ORCA Lift Eligibility Requirements 

  • Must be enrolled minimum half-time for the academic term: Fall Semester, Fall Quarter, Winter Quarter, Spring Semester, Spring Quarter, Summer Semester, or Summer Quarter
  • Orca Lift subsidy requests must be submitted before the deadline each academic term. Subsidy requests from a prior term cannot be processed
  • University community members may only have one university sponsored transportation/parking product per academic term. Orca LIFT users seeking an Orca LIFT subsidy may only purchase iParq Pay by the Day permits
  • If you have outstanding parking citations, the Orca Lift subsidy cannot be processed
  • If you receive an Orca Lift subsidy, you are ineligible to purchase from Seattle University a Puget Pass or Washington State Ferry (WSF) walk-on passenger ferry pass in the same academic term
