Before starting, you will need:

• Citation number 
• License plate information

Step 1: Click on the following link and visit: seattleu.thepermitstore.com and click on "Notices"

Step 2: Enter citation number or license plate information 

Step 3: Review citation details and click on "Appeal"

Step 4: Fill out appeal form 

Step 5: Click on "I agree" to complete and submit the appeal form
