Sofia Sayabalian

Sofia Sayabalian (she/her) is an undergraduate senior at Seattle University pursuing a BA in Communication and Media with a double emphasis on Mass Communication and Strategic Communication, along with a Minor in Psychology. She is a young creative who has a passion for the intersection between web and communications, specifically targeting thoughtful and user-friendly website design. She additionally works closely with Seattle University's radio station, KXSU, as their Digital Media Director for the 2022-23 acedemic year. Sofia has taken a course on Mindfulness at Seattle University, where she first got to explore the tenets of Buddhist teaching which sparked her curiosity. Along with this, various philosophy courses at Seattle U enhanced her interest and have expanded her knowledge on the convergence between spirituality, philosophy, and life.
