Ensure Accurate Vendor Information

Help us make sure we have correct vendor information, including their diversity status. If you notice a vendor may not be correctly flagged in ProcureSU, let us know.

  • When processing a new vendor, please have them complete the vendor information form when you get their W-9.
  • Or, we'll add your new vendors into ProcureSU for you! Just send us the vendor email and we'll contact them to get their W-9 and vendor information and will enter it into ProcureSU for you!
