Admitted students should receive an acceptance packet in the mail. If you do not receive a packet, please let us know. Below are links to all materials that were included in the acceptance packets, with the exception of Acceptance Letters. If you wish you receive a copy of your acceptance letter electronically, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Completed Media Release Forms and Participant Surveys must be emailed to email@example.com.
Step 1: View your letter of acceptance on your application portal.
Step 2: Formally accept the admission decision and pay your deposit. Both of these can be done by filling out the “admissions response form” on your application portal.

Step 2: To upload your electronically filled out form login to the application status portal to view your Pre-C Checklist.
Step 3: Use the drop down box and select “Upload your Media Release Form”. Use the choose file button to locate your saved copy then click upload.
If this form is on your Pre-C Checklist, please complete is as soon as you can! This information is used to give you access to course materials.
The program fee(s) will not show up on your Pre-C Checklist until early June, and so it’s important that you are checking your application status portal.
