Casey Commons (or Zoom @ 12:30-12:45 p.m.)
Dr. Catherine Punsalan-Manlimos, facilitator

In the spirit of being “contemplatives in action,” Soul Sessions has been a weekly series of brief reflective gatherings, typically on Zoom, facilitated by your colleagues.  The series is meant to help you pause mid-week to breathe, reflect and find inspiration for your daily life and work.

This fall, we introduce two hybrid “Food for the Soul” sessions to kick off and end the series! Join us for lunch, community, and conversation with our new Vice President for Mission Integration, Dr. Catherine Punsalan-Manlimos. Dr. Punslan-Manlimos will share what feeds her soul and how that shows up at work, followed by her leading us in a contemplative practice.

If you can’t make it in person, there will still be an option to Zoom in from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. for the contemplative practice.

New and returning faculty, staff and administrators are all welcome. Invite someone to join you!

RSVP by Monday, Oct. 3 – and make sure to indicate in your response whether you plan to attend the lunch in person from noon to 12:55 p.m.—or—Zoom in from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m.
